Q: I wanted to thank you for such a great utility; my Windows machine loves it! Question: do you a version of Keep It Alive for the Mac?
A: The answer is No. The current version only works on Windows PCs

Q: I downloaded your file but when I tried to unzip it it said that it did not appear to be a valid archive. Can you help?
A: Your download may not be complete. Try to download again and watch the file size.

Q: When I install Keep It Alive, it tries to connect me to the Internet after I boot up. Can you tell me what to do?
A: This should not happen on most Windows PCs. However, if it happens on your machine, select a different online detecting method in Options. You can also uncheck the Startup option and launch Keep It Alive when you are connected.

Q: I am an AOL user. I downloaded and installed Keep It Alive, but I am still getting the 46 minute queries. How can I configure Keep it Alive to avoid these annoying prompts?
A: Try a shorter interval and different action level in Options. Many AOL users emailed me that it works fine. However it may vary with different version of AOL.

Q: I installed Keep It Alive, but my ISP is still cutting me off. Can you help?
A: Some ISPs may have different measure of inactivity. Try a shorter interval and different action level in Options. Some ISPs require you click their banner every 30 or 45 minutes whatever you are active or not. KIA will not work with that kind of ISP.
