Q: I downloaded your file but when I tried to unzip it it said that it did not appear to be a valid archive. Can you help?
A: Your download may not be complete. Try to download again and watch the file size.

Q: The file extension gets dropped each and every time I use Send to FTP. What am I doing wrong?
A: Download new version 2.8. If you are using an earlier version, go to Windows Explorer, select menu “View” - “Options” – “View”, uncheck “Hide file extensions for known file types”.

Q: I am not sure what to put in the address. Can you please give me an example?
A: A FTP address usually looks like ftp.myisp.com. Ask you ISP.

Q: I installed SendTo FTP, but it doesn’t work for me. Every time I try to send a file, it shows “!error reading file”, and file transfer aborted.
A: You may need to use passive transfer mode.
